Process
SRP has a
unique strategy to process the application for real estate as
well as for all other business transactions. While processing
the application SRP develops and executes financial
structures that not only enhance the client’s value, but also
keeps clients aspiration in view.
The process
is as follows :
The client provides a Executive Summary along with the
business plan describing the project and the finance amount
request. on line thru this site or via E-mail.
Project is
reviewed and evaluated with Lender/Investor keeping their
interest in view and such evaluation may result into
A) Accepting the project
B) Returned with proposed revisions. Or
C) Is declined
If the project is deemed viable, a Letter of Interest is
issued to the client in 7 business day.
On acceptance
of the Letter of Interest, Due-Diligence is conducted, and SRP
also works with the borrower to prepare and submit required
documents.
Upon receipt of
the documents, a formal process commences. This includes but
not restricted to analysis of all documents, preparation of
package of the data for submission to the lender/investor, and
a formal site visit may be conducted.
On completion of
this process, a final package including all relevant due
diligence materials and a
Funding Request
is completed and presented to the lender/Investor.
Final terms and conditions from lender/Investor is presented
for the client for their review.
Once reviewed
and accepted, transaction is closed and funding is completed
